OBJECTIVES

The Ph.D. Program is designed to train those are interested in the field of business and management, higher education teaching or enterprises involving high-level managerial professional. The goal is to prepare students for a lifetime achievement in the business world and to emphasize on rigorous academics combined with experiential learning. The direction of its development has three objectives.

*. To train management professionals to have an international outlook and promote transnational academic research in the field of business and management.

*. To cultivate Taiwan’s educational links and cooperation within Southeast Asia, and to establish advanced learning programs and pathways for talented educators and mid-level managerial professions.

*. To pursue advance managerial research to enhance the international academic status of the College of Business at STUST.
