The Ph.D. Program is designed to train those who are interested in the field of business and management, higher education teaching or enterprises involving high-level managerial professional. The goal is to prepare students for a lifetime achievement in the business world and to emphasize on rigorous academics combined with experiential learning. The program’s development is guided by three primary objectives:
1. To cultivate management professionals with a global perspective while fostering transnational academic research in business and management.
2. To strengthen Taiwan’s educational links and collaboration with Southeast Asia, establishing advanced learning programs and pathways for talented educators and mid-level managerial professionals.
3. To advance managerial research in order to elevate the international academic standing of the STUST College of Business.
